A team is a group of five or more friends, family, or colleagues. Team members can be all ages and fitness levels. A team may be any combination of runners, walkers or wheelchair participants.

If you are interested in becoming a team captain Download the Team Captain Packet (pdf) to get started
If you want team members to be able to register online (Online Registration is Now Closed) As the Team Captain, you will need to register online to set-up your team. Anyone who wants to join your team via the website will be able to do so after you have registered

The deadline for Team Member entries is July 9, 2010.

 

Team Captain Packet Pick-Up

 

Scheduled for July 16th and 17th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Team Captains may pick up shirts, race bibs and timing chips for all team members who registered before the July 9, 2010 deadline. If a team member did not register in time, they may pick up their shirt, race bib and timing chip at registration on the day of the event. Pick-up is located at the Swedish Medical Center Foundation office - located at 801 Broadway, 10th floor (Heath Building).
