Distance: 5k Walk, 5k Run, & 10k Run

Day of Event Timeline:

• Registration begins at the corner of Marion & Minor 6:30 a.m
• Aerobics warm up 7:40 a.m.
• 10k Run 8:00 a.m.
• 5k Run/Walk 8:20 a.m.
• Surviving Ovarian Cancer Tribute/ Awards Ceremony 9:30 a.m.

Location: All running and walking events will start and finish at the corner of Madison and Minor - Download driving directions (pdf)

Parking: Free until 1 pm for all participants and volunteers at the following location: 1101 Madison St. garage (enter on Marion via Boren). Please carpool when possible and allow extra time to enter and exit the parking garage.

Cost: $25 per person through Friday, July 16, $30 per person day-of-race. All registrations include a T-shirt. Cash, check and credit card accepted.

Register Online:You will soon be able to register online for the 5k Walk, 5k Run or the 10k Run. Choose the appropriate registration option on the SummeRun homepage.

Register by mail: Please download the registration form (pdf) and return with payment to: Swedish Medical Center Foundation Attn: SummeRun PO Box 3976 Seattle, WA 98124-3976 All mail in registrations must be received by July 16, 2010.

In-Store registration: You many register in person from  July 5, 2010 until noon on July 19, 2010 at the following locations:

Festivities & Awards: After the run/walk, you are invited to stay and enjoy refreshments, live music and a tribute to ovarian cancer survivors. Overall run awards will be distributed at the awards ceremony following the race. Group and individual awards for running events will be mailed three weeks after the event.
