A team is a group of five or more friends, family, or colleagues. Team members can be all ages and fitness levels. A team may be any combination of runners, walkers or wheelchair participants.

| If you want team members to be able to register online | As the Team Captain, you will need to register online to set-up your team. Anyone who wants to join your team via the website will be able to do so after you have registered. (Instructions on how to create a new team coming soon!) |

Team Captain Packet Pick-Up
Team Captains may pick-up race packets (i.e. bibs and timing chips) for all team members who are registered by July 6, 2011.
Team member packets can be picked up in advance on July 13th and July 14th by appointment only. To schedule an appointment by July 6th, please send email to summerun@swedish.org or call 206-217-6700.
If a team member did not register by the July 6th deadline, that team member may pick-up their race bib and timing chip at registration on the day of the event. Team Captain pick-up is located at the Swedish Medical Center Foundation office - located at 801 Broadway, 10th floor (Heath Building).
